With 10 years of corporate experience in a Fortune 500 company, Liz is excited to offer her skills to help large and small businesses alike. She has a background in mechanical engineering, an MBA, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt, and has years of experience leading and teaching Project Management and Process Improvement.
Trained in Change Management and Facilitation, Liz has led many projects with in-person and remote teams of all sizes. She created the playbook on "How to Structure a Process" and has a breadth of expertise from large strategic planning down to focused tactical operations.
