Retainers offer priority scheduling, predictable monthly budgeting, and dedicated availability. Hours are allocated flexibly across advisory, execution, or custom team training.
Tier 1: Strategic Advisory Retainer
Best for executive sounding-board needs, high-level project reviews, board-level governance, or monthly process or project health checks.
Allocation: Up to 15 hours per month
Tier 2: Core Process Operations Partner
Actively managing mid-sized projects, optimizing workflows, or standing up new PMO processes. Includes priority email and phone response within 24 hours.
Allocation: Up to 40 hours per month
Tier 3: Enterprise Transformation Retainer
Deep integration into a major enterprise initiative. Leading cross-functional project or process overhauls, building custom corporate PM training modules, and driving daily execution.
Allocation: Up to 80 hours per month
Hourly Contract Options
Hourly structures are tailored to the complexity, urgency, and duration of the engagement. All rates encompass administrative overhead, specialized tools, and self-employment liabilities.
Billing Increment: Billed in 15-minute increments.
Minimum Engagement: 10 billed hours per week for standard contract work.
Strategic Advisory & Niche Consulting
Short-term, ad-hoc, or emergency interventions; high-level executive or technical oversight.
Core Processes & PM Execution
Standard project mapping, process optimization, and PMP execution.
Long-Term Staff Augmentation
Steady-state operations (30+ hours/week) with a minimum commitment of six consecutive months.
